Vodafone is a multinational telecommunications leader. Vodafone currently displays mobile phones on a display wall. In order to provide potential customers with further information a salesperson is required to be present. What if the middle man was removed?

 

Serving millions of customers around the world everyday, we strategized the following concepts to digitize their retail spaces taking advantage of their customer’s smartphones, in order to better assist customers, reduce manpower and increase conversions:

Concept 1: Interactive Wall Display

 

Creating a smart display, with smartscreens protecting the display of phones, interested customers would be able to scan QR codes of each phone using the Vodafone app to collect more data, compare prices, compare mobile phone features, and even purchase the phone.

 

Concept 2: Interactive Cabinet Display

 

Being a multinational company, it is important that Vodafone’s distributors and distributors also provide a digitized experienced to have the Vodafone brand stand-out from competitors. Creating an interactive display cabinet, completed with smartscreens displaying phone information and scannable QR codes, would be compact enough to set up in their retailers spaces. The scannable QR codes will also allow customers to gather further information on phones and Vodafone packages, eliminating the need for in-depth retailer training.

 

Concept 3: Mobile Interactive Kiosk

 

It is important for Vodafone to promote their products where their customers are, therefore mobility is a large priority. Creating an interactive mobile kiosk would allow Vodafone to display their phones virtually anywhere, include conventions, tradeshows, malls, school campuses, airports and more. Using scannable QR codes would allow customers to gather information on the phones and eliminate the need for a sales representative to be present at each kiosk.
